Guy Navarra, MD
Dr. Navarra is an experienced internal medicine physician who practices adult medicine and geriatrics, the care of the elderly. He is also a trained Bariatrician, offering medical weight loss to those suffering from overweight and obesity.
Dr. Navarra's medical training is rooted in primary care and an understanding that professional and family life and its unique stresses can impact each individual's health and wellness. He has built his practice around the premise that each patient deserves personal care, and the time to express their concerns with their physician.
Dr. Navarra is a board certified gerontologist, trained in the special care of the elderly and complex diagnoses and treatment needs. As such he is able to treat elderly patients, and when appropriate do so in collaboration with their adult children.
He is also a trained Bariatrician, clinically trained to treat people who are overweight or obese and have struggled unsuccessfully, to lose weight. Houtan Golzari, MD
Dr. Golzari is an internist and primary care physician, who has extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. He has been board certified in internal medicine, since 1994.
Dr. Golzari has completed his Residency and Fellowship Program at the University of Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Tehran University, Iran before immigrating to the United States.
Dr. Golzari has been involved in education and training of residents and medical students. He also is the author of multiple publications in medical journals.
Dr. Golzari follows national guidelines (evidence-based medicine ) as recommended by The United States Preventative Services Task Force, American Heart Association, and other national organizations.
Nurse Practitioner Christine Hatch, MSRN, CS, NP
Christine is trained as a Nurse Practitioner and a Registered Nurse. She manages the care of adult and elderly patients, and addresses the special needs of women. She performs comprehensive health assessments, and helps to educate patients on their conditions and self-care. She provides annual physicals to women, including pap smears. She has many years of experience in community health, treating and educating underserved populations and counseling patients to improved health.
Christine has extensive experience as a registered nurse in the intensive care and cardiac care units at Anna Jaques Hospital. She has deep knowledge in the care of cardiac conditions, and was a leader on the Quality Committee that developed standards of care for cardiac patients.
She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and is a member of the American Nurses Association and the Massachusetts Nurses Association.

Nurse Practitioner Samantha Flecchia, MSRN, CS, NP
Samantha Flecchia is a recent graduate of the Simmons University Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Before starting at Seacoast, her previous experience as a nurse was in cardiopulmonary and orthopedic rehabilitation. She was fortunate enough to have completed clinical rotations at Seacoast Medical Associates while she was completing her Master's Degree. She focused the majority of her clinical training on primary care, as this is an area in which she always knew she wanted to practice. As a Nurse Practitioner, Samantha is passionate about providing comprehensive care to her patients to help them achieve their health goals. In addition to giving physical exams to both men and women, she also provides routine GYN exams and pap smears.
Samantha is certified in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honor Society, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
